For account, billing, support, website, and WhatsApp enquiry data, we generally act as the controller. For content, page access, inbox messages, and instructions you provide so we can manage your company LinkedIn page, we generally process that information to provide the service you requested.
Information We Collect
We collect only what we reasonably need to provide, secure, bill, support, and improve Pagehouse.
- Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp messages, company details, LinkedIn page URL, and setup preferences.
- Billing and subscription information, such as selected plan, invoice metadata, payment status, renewal status, and tax details. Full card details are handled by payment providers, not by us.
- Onboarding and brand information, such as brand voice notes, competitor pages, content preferences, do-not-touch topics, assets, approval feedback, and key contacts.
- LinkedIn page management information, such as drafts, calendars, page messages, comments, post performance, reporting data, and admin-access status.
- Support and service request information, including implementation requirements, attachments, messages, and contact details.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser/device data, approximate location, access times, error logs, security logs, and usage events.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Pagehouse, fulfil subscriptions, protect users and systems, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business interests.
- Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, invoices, onboarding, plan changes, and cancellation requests.
- Draft, schedule, publish, review, and report on LinkedIn company page content under your instructions.
- Monitor page inboxes and comments, prepare replies, escalate qualified leads, and send WhatsApp support updates.
- Provide content calendars, strategy reviews, performance reports, add-ons, and customer support.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and unauthorised access.
- Maintain logs, backups, audit trails, diagnostics, and service reliability.

International Transfers and Retention
