Agreement Service Acceptable use Data and output Billing Liability Governing law

Agreement

These Terms are between you and NOACHAIN - FZCO, operating Pagehouse. By accessing the website, purchasing a plan, requesting services, completing onboarding, or using Pagehouse, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Pagehouse for a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and references to you include that organisation.

Service

Pagehouse provides LinkedIn company page management, content planning, post drafting and publishing, page engagement, inbox monitoring, WhatsApp escalation, reporting, newsletter creation and sending on applicable plans, add-ons, and related advisory or implementation services.

Features, plans, response times, publishing cadence, providers, dashboards, and availability may change. We may add, remove, suspend, throttle, or modify features to protect security, comply with law, manage capacity, or improve the service.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account, onboarding, page, and billing information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under accounts, pages, inboxes, tools, and credentials you authorise.

Pagehouse works through company page admin access. You should not provide personal LinkedIn passwords, personal-profile credentials, private keys, payment credentials, or access that is not needed for the service.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Pagehouse in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or intended to bypass platform rules or security controls.

  • No personal-profile automation, fake engagement, bought followers, engagement pods, spam, phishing, credential theft, or unauthorised scraping.
  • No illegal financial, medical, legal, employment, housing, insurance, or other regulated decisions without required professional controls and human review.
  • No content or activity that infringes rights, violates privacy, exploits children, incites violence, or assists wrongdoing.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, benchmark for competitive purposes, resell without permission, or interfere with the service.
  • No connecting third-party accounts, pages, files, inboxes, calendars, CRMs, or tools unless you have permission and lawful authority.

Customer Data and Output

You retain ownership of content you submit to Pagehouse. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, draft, edit, publish, schedule, report on, and otherwise use that content to provide and protect the service and comply with these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights, consents, notices, and lawful bases needed to provide customer data to Pagehouse and to authorise page management, publishing, inbox handling, newsletter sending, and related actions.

Content drafts, strategy recommendations, AI-assisted outputs, reports, replies, and newsletter copy may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them, or using them in business-critical, regulated, or high-risk contexts.

Plans, Billing, and Taxes

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout, in the dashboard, in a written order, or in a WhatsApp-confirmed commercial offer. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and charges.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the checkout flow or account controls. We may suspend or downgrade service for failed payments, fraud risk, abuse, or legal compliance.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable, including for unused time, partial months, customer misconfiguration, third-party outages, or a customer decision not to use the service.

Third-Party Services

Pagehouse may interoperate with third-party providers such as LinkedIn, hosting providers, model providers, payment providers, WhatsApp or messaging platforms, email providers, design tools, analytics tools, and automation providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy/security practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, data handling, model behaviour, connector changes, policy changes, or API limitations outside our control.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the relationship, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Pagehouse service, website, designs, documentation, workflows, templates, know-how, and brand materials, except for your customer data. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly allowed.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, security, and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, security incidents, third-party failures, platform policy changes, or cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or AED 1,000 if you paid nothing.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Dubai, UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we choose another competent forum to seek urgent injunctive relief.
